Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

A. Your right of withdrawal (mandatory by law)

If you are purchasing as a consumer — that is, as a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession — and you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without having to give any reason.

• Start of the period: the period begins on the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the last product of your order.
• How to notify us: before the 14 days expire, send us an explicit and unambiguous statement to info@aureacosmetic.it, quoting your order number. You may use the model form at the end of this section, or write it in your own words.
• Return: after notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the product back to us. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
• Refund: we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal (or, if earlier, from the day we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped), using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no additional cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back.

B. Exception on hygiene grounds — sealed products

Pursuant to Article 59(1)(e) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products which, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, have been opened after delivery and whose protective seal has been removed — for example single-use patches, masks or balms once opened.

You may still withdraw freely if the product is still sealed and in its original packaging. We recommend that you check the packaging before opening it if you have any doubts about your purchase.

C. "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee — all Aurea products (60 days)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal set out in point A (which remains valid, unconditionally, for 14 days on products that are still sealed), we voluntarily offer an extended satisfaction guarantee of 60 days from purchase on all Aurea products (Masks, Patches, Balm Stick and Kit) — valid even after the product has been opened.

To activate this guarantee, the following steps are required as evidence of correct use of the product:

Aurea Bio-Collagen Masks

• Take a photo of your face before applying the mask, with a clock next to you so that the time is visible.
• Take a photo every 30 minutes for 4 hours (8 photos in total) showing your face with the mask on and the clock next to you so the time can be verified.
• Record a short video while you remove the mask.

If after the first use you do not see the expected "glass skin" result, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, attaching the documentation listed above. To receive the refund you must return the remaining masks.

Aurea Bio-Collagen Eye Patches

• Take a photo of your eye area before applying the patches, with a clock next to you so that the time is visible.
• Take a photo every 30 minutes for 4 hours (8 photos in total) showing the treated area with the patches on and the clock next to you.
• Record a short video while you remove the patches.

If after the first use you do not notice a brighter eye area, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, attaching the documentation listed above. To receive the refund you must return the remaining patches.

Aurea PDRN Plumping Balm Stick

This product is designed for continuous application and is not removed, so the steps are adapted to a 7-day trial period rather than a single session:

• Take a photo of the area you want to treat (e.g. wrinkles or a blemish) before first use, with a calendar or your phone showing the date next to it.
• Apply the stick to the area concerned morning and evening for 7 consecutive days, as per the instructions for use.
• Take a photo of the same area every day, at the same time, for the whole trial period, with the date visible next to it.
• At the end of the 7 days, record a short video showing the final application.

If after 7 days of consistent use you see no visible improvement, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, attaching the photographic documentation described above. To receive the refund you must return the stick, even if partially used.

Aurea PDRN Kit

The Aurea PDRN Kit includes three separate products: Soap, Serum and Cream in Capsules. To activate the guarantee on one or more components of the kit, follow the verification steps set out below for each specific product you have used: the conditions and the 60-day validity are the same as those described for the corresponding product.

Aurea Soap

• Take a photo of the area you usually cleanse with the soap (face or body) before first use, with a calendar or your phone showing the date next to it.
• Use the soap as instructed (e.g. morning and evening) for 7 consecutive days.
• Take a photo of the same area every day, at the same time, for the whole trial period.
• At the end of the 7 days, record a short video of yourself using the soap while cleansing.

If after 7 days of consistent use you see no visible improvement, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, attaching the photographic documentation described above. To receive the refund you must return the soap, even if partially used.

Aurea Serum

• Take a photo of the area to be treated before first use, with a calendar or your phone showing the date next to it.
• Apply the serum as instructed (e.g. morning and evening) for 7 consecutive days.
• Take a photo of the same area every day, at the same time, for the whole trial period.
• At the end of the 7 days, record a short video showing the final application.

If after 7 days of consistent use you see no visible improvement, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, attaching the photographic documentation described above. To receive the refund you must return the serum, even if partially used.

Aurea Cream in Capsules

• Take a photo of the area to be treated before first use, with a calendar or your phone showing the date next to it.
• Apply one capsule per day (or as indicated in the instructions) for 7 consecutive days.
• Take a photo of the same area every day, at the same time, for the whole trial period.
• At the end of the 7 days, record a short video showing the opening and application of the last capsule.

If after 7 days of consistent use you see no visible improvement, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, attaching the photographic documentation described above. To receive the refund you must return the remaining capsules.
